NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
No. 2. To stop up a road in the Upper Moutere district, colored blue on the plan attached to this application, and described as follows, viz.:—
That portion of a road lying between sections No. 86 and No. 87, Square 3, being about 10 chains long, commencing at the eastern corner of Section No. 86, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction.
And to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road, 40 feet in width, colored pink on the plan attached to this application, and described as follows, viz.:—
That portion of a road commencing at a point on the north-west boundary line of Section No. 87, situated 6 chains from its western corner, proceeding thence through this section along said boundary line for about 5 chains; thence for about 3 chains into same section in an easterly direction; thence for about 2½ chains in a north-easterly direction, terminating at the northern corner of Section No. 87.

That portion of a road lying between Sections No. 164 and No. 826, Square 3, being about 10 chains long, and proceeding as a cross road from the main road between Moutere and Motueka, in a westerly direction to another road, lying between Sections No. 164 and No. 60.
And to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road, 40 feet in width, colored pink on the plan attached to this application, and described as follows, viz.:—
That portion of a road proceeding as a cross road from the main road between Moutere and Motueka, in a south-westerly direction across Section No. 164, about 10 chains long to another road, and being in a line with a road beyond, lying between Sections No. 60 and No. 59.

That portion of a road lying between Sections Nos. 60 and 62 on one side, and Sections Nos. 57 and 59 on the other side, Square 3; in extreme length about 25 chains, commencing at the western corner of Section No. 62, and terminating at a point 9 chains from the western corner of Section No. 60 on the north-west boundary line of that section. Course about north-east.
And to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road, 50 feet in width, colored pink on the plan attached to this application, and described as follows, viz.:—
That portion of a road commencing at the southern corner of Section No. 57, proceeding thence through that section, in a north-easterly direction, to a point on the boundary line between it and Section No. 59, situated 24 chains from the south-east boundary line of these sections; thence, in an easterly direction, through Section No. 59, to a point on the same boundary line, 9 chains from the dividing line between the same sections.
