SUBURBAN NORTH DISTRICT.
To stop up part of a road in the District of Suburban North, about forty-two chains in length, and sixty links in width, commencing from near the north-western angle of Section numbered 34 on the plan of Suburban North, and running in a northerly direction to the Boulder Bank; the said road dividing Sections numbered 35 and 36 on the said plan, from Section numbered 1, Rural, and which is shown by the brown color on the plan annexed to this application.
And to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road, fifty links in width, commencing at the same point as the road proposed to be stopped up, and taking a northerly direction to the Boulder Bank, and at about four and a-half chains to the westward of the road proposed to be stopped, and which is shown by the yellow color on the plan annexed to this application.

DISTRICT OF WAIMEA SOUTH.
To stop up part of a road in the above district commencing from a point marked A. 1. on the annexed plan, and running in a south-easterly direction for a distance of about eighty chains to the point marked B. 1. on the said plan. Also to stop up part of a certain other road in the said district commencing from the point marked A. 2. on the annexed plan, and running in a south-westerly direction about nine chains, and terminating at the point marked B. 2 on the said plan. Also to stop up part of a certain other road in the said district commencing from the point marked A. 3 on the annexed plan, and running in a southerly direction for about eighty-five chains to the point marked B. 3. on the said plan, on the southern boundary line of Section 1, of 38. Also to stop up part of a certain other road in the same district, commencing at the point marked A. 4 on the annexed plan, and running in a south-easterly direction for a distance of about ninety-five chains to the point marked B. 4 on the said plan, on the eastern boundaries of Sections numbered respectively 17 and 16. Also to stop up part of a certain other road in the said district, commencing at the point marked A. 5 on the annexed plan, and running in a south-westerly direction for a distance of about one hundred and thirty chains to the point marked B. 5 on the said plan on the western boundary of section 1, of section 43. Also to stop up part of a certain other road in the said district commencing at the point marked A. 6, on the plan annexed, and to continue the same in an easterly direction, for a distance of about seventy chains to the point marked B. 6 on the said plan on the eastern boundary of section numbered 3, and Also to stop up part of a certain other road in the said district, commencing at the point marked A. 7. on the plan annexed, and to continue in a south-easterly direction for a distance of about forty chains to the point marked B. 7 on the said plan, at the line of road, forming the southern boundary of Section numbered 128 on the plan of the said district.
All the respective roads proposed to be stopped up, are of the equal width of seventy-five links. The length and direction of the several roads proposed to be stopped up are more particularly shown on the plan annexed to this application and thereon colored yellow.
And to substitute in the lieu thereof, certain other roads in the same district, commencing at the point marked A. 1 on the said plan and running in an easterly direction for a distance of about ninety chains to the point marked B. 1 on the plan. Also a certain other road commencing form the point marked A. 1 on the said plan and running in in a southerly direction for a distance of about one hundred and sixty chains to the point marked B. 3 on the said plan, on the southern boundary of Section numbered 1 of 38, on the plan of Waimea South. Also a certain other road commencing at the point marked C. 1 on the last mentioned line of road and running in a south-easterly direction for a distance of about one hundred and forty chains, and thence in a northerly direction for a distance of about thirty-five chains to the point marked D. 1 on the said plan on the division line between Sections numbered respectively 2 and 3, on the plan of the said district. Also a certain other road commencing at the point marked C. 2 on the last mentioned line of road, and running in a southerly direction for a distance of about three chains, and terminating at the line of road leading up the valley through Section numbered 3 on the said plan, and also a certain other road commencing at the point marked C. 3 on the annexed plan, on the line of road running through Section numbered 1, of 43, and terminating at the point marked D. 3, running in a southerly direction for a distance of about three chains. All the respective roads proposed to be opened are of the equal width of sixty links. The length and direction of the several roads proposed to be opened are more particularly shown on the plan annexed to this application, and thereon colored Pink.
