  1. The portion of the road lying between sections
    numbered respectively 1a, and 208, commen-
    cing at the line of road laid down on plan, and
    terminating at section numbered 185; about
    4 chains, and also,

  2. The portion of road crossing sections num-
    bered respectively 202 and 201, commencing
    at the southern boundary of section num-
    bered 202, and terminating at the northern
    boundary of section numbered 201; about 5
    chains and 43 chains.

And to substitute in the place thereof certain other
roads, one chain in width, and which are
shown by pink color on the plan attached to
this application, and are more particularly de-
scribed as follows:—

  1. The portion of road crossing section num-
    bered 4, commencing at the division line
    between sections numbered 6 and 4, and ter-
    minating at the road laid down on plan;
    about 25 chains.

  2. The portion of road crossing section num-
    bered 3, commencing from the line of road
    laid down on plan, and terminating at the
    division line between sections numbered 3,
    and 1a, about 10 chains.

  3. The portion of road crossing the angle of
    section numbered 208, commencing from the
    northern boundary line of section numbered
    1a, and terminating at the division line
    between sections numbered 208 and 185,
    about 7 chains; and also

  4. The portion of road crossing sections num-
    bered respectively 202 and 201, commencing
    at the division line between sections num-
    bered 182 and 202, and terminating on the
    westward boundary of part 2 of section num-
    bered 172.

And also to make certain portions of a new road
in the same district, one chain in width, and
which is shown by pink color on the plan
attached to this application, and is more parti-
cularly described as follows:—

  1. The portion of road crossing sections num-
    bered respectively 172, 128, 127, 124, and 121,
    commencing at the westward boundary of sec-
    tion numbered 172, and terminating at the
    line of road dividing section numbered 121,
    from section numbered 122; about 160 chains.

  2. The portion of road crossing sections num-
    bered respectively 122, 138, and 137, commencing at
    the road dividing sections numbered 121, and
    122, and following the eastward boundary line
    of section numbered 123, about 40 chains; and
    thence crossing sections 122 to the banks of
    the Wai-ngaro; thence from the northern
    bank of the Wai-ngaro, crossing sections num-
    bered respectively 138 and 137, and termina-
    ting at the road between sections numbered
    respectively 137 and 132; about 78 chains.

  3. The portion of road in section numbered 132,
    commencing from the road dividing sections 137
    and 132, and continuing along the eastward boun-
    dary line of section 133, and terminating at the
    banks of the Anatoki, about 55 chains; thence
    commencing at the northern bank of the Ana-
    toki, and crossing the angle of section num-
    bered 37, to the division line between sections
    numbered respectively 37, and 36; thence in
    section numbered 36, along the eastward
    boundary line of section 37, and terminating
    at the northern boundary line of section num-
    bered 36, about 16 chains, and 42 chains; and

  4. The portion of road crossing sections num-
    bered respectively 39b, and 40, commencing
    at the southern boundary line of section num-
    bered 39b, and terminating at the northern
    boundary line of section numbered 40; about
    51 chains.
