PROVINCE OF WESTLAND GAZETTE.

"Main Road," shall mean any road declared
to be a Main Road for the purpose of
this Ordinance by the Superintendent by
Proclamation in the Government Gazette
of the Province of Westland:

Now therefore, I, James Alexander Bonar,
Superintendent of the Province of Westland,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the
undermentioned roads shall be Main Roads
for the purpose of the aforesaid Ordinance.

Given under my hand, at Hokitika, this
twentieth day of May, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-five.

SCHEDULE.

1. North Road: Commencing at Ross and
   extending Northerly through Kanieri, Hokitika,
   Stafford, Goldsborough, Marsden, Greymouth and Brunnerton,
   to Arnold River Bridge.

2. Overland Road: Commencing at Sea
   Beach, South bank of the Arahura River, and
   extending Easterly along the Arahura, Teramakau and Otira River Valleys to the
   boundary of the Province of Canterbury.

3. Maori Gully Road: Commencing at
   Junction of North Road at Arnold Creek
   and extending South-easterly to Orima
   Township.

4. Maori Creek Road: Commencing at
   Marsden and terminating at Dunganville.

5. Kokatahi Road: Commencing at
   Kanieri Township and terminating at Kokatahi Township.

6. Blue Spur Road: Commencing at Hokitika and extending through Han Hau to
   Blue Spur Township.

7. Bowen Road: Commencing at Ross
   and extending through Donoghue’s to Bowen
   Township.

8. Paroa Road: Commencing at Greymouth and extending Southerly to Paroa
   Township.

WE, the undersigned Commissioners of
the Waste Lands Board of the
Province of Westland, in accordance with
the provisions of Section 34 of "The Westland
Waste Lands Act, 1870," do hereby notify
that Tuesday, the 6th day of July,
1875, at noon, in the Land Office, Hokitika,
is fixed as the time and place when an
Auction Sale of Town and Suburban Lands
shall take place.

the Waste Lands Board of the
Province of Westland, in accordance with the
provisions of Section 34 of "The Westland
Waste Lands Act, 1870," do hereby notify
that Thursday, the 1st day of July, 1875,
at the Court House, Greymouth, at noon, is
fixed as the time and place when an Auction
Sale of Town and Suburban Lands in the
Grey District shall take place.
