DESCRIPTION OF THE TOWN OF DUNGANNILLE, MAORI CREEK TOWNSHIP.
Commencing at a point on the West side of Maori Creek; five chains South from the crossing of said creek by track to German Gully; thence Westerly on a bearing of 245 deg. 30 min., magnetic, for nine chains and South-westerly at a bearing of 226 deg., magnetic, for ten chains fifty links; thence North-westerly at a right angle for twenty chains fifty links; thence North-easterly at a right angle for fourteen chains eighty links; thence Easterly at a bearing of 68 deg. 30 min., magnetic, to Maori Creek; and thence Southerly down the West bank of said creek to the commencing point; and containing by admeasurement forty-five acres one rood and twenty-six perches, more or less.
BOROUGH OF GREYMOUTH.
NOTICE is hereby given, that in pursuance of the powers and provisions of the “Municipal Corporations Act, 1867,” Constable DANIEL FLANAGAN has this day been appointed by the Council of the Borough of Greymouth Inspector of Nuisances for the said Borough.
