SCHEDULE.

ARAHURA DISTRICT.
Block XLVII. (Rural).

Situate on the Christchurch Road.
Bounded on the Northward by the Teremakau River, on the Southward by the foot of the range, on the Westward and Eastward by lines passing through the thirty-fifth mile post, and a point on the road fifty (50) chains East of it.

I the undersigned Thomas Pringle, hereby make application to register "The Westland Quartz Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Westland Quartz Gold Mining Company, Registered."

  2. The place of operations is at Donnelly’s Creek, Totara District.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is (£6000) six thousand pounds in 1200 shares of £5 each, £2 10s per share being allowed to the present shareholders as paid up for their interest in the claim.

  4. The amount already paid up is (£3000) three thousand pounds in 1200 half paid up shares allotted as mentioned in clause 3, being the estimated value of the claim, including £370 cash already expended by the present shareholders.

  5. The name of the Manager is Thomas Pringle.

  6. The office of the Company is in Aylmer-street, Ross.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders and the number of shares held by each at this date are as follows:—

I the undersigned Joshua Gibson hereby make application to register "The Koh-i-noor Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is "The Koh-i-noor Gold Mining Company, Registered."

  2. That the place of operation is at Jones’ Flat, Ross, Westland.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is (£10,000) ten thousand pounds in two thousand shares of (£5) five pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is (£2300) two thousand three hundred pounds in partly paid up shares.

  5. The name of the Manager is Joshua Gibson.

  6. The office of the Company is at Bond-street, Ross.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—
