HOKITIKA, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 17, 1870.
WE, the undersigned Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board, of the County of Westland, in accordance with the provisions of Section 30 of the Regulations for the sale, letting, occupation, and management of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the County of Westland, do hereby proclaim that the lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed are open for sale.
Given under our hands, at Hokitika, this twelfth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

SCHEDULE.
Block XLII. (Suburban).
Situate in the Kanieri Road District at the Big Paddock. Bounded on the Northward by the Hau Hau Tramway Road, on the Eastward by a Dam, on the Southward by the track to the Kanieri and a line, and on the Westward by the Terrace; to comprise the improvements made by Richard Beck, but excluding all other rights and gold workings, and containing about three acres.
Block XLIII. (Suburban).
Situate on the South side of the Hokitika River. Bounded on the Westward by lines about five chains distant from, and generally parallel to the Lagoon at the mouth of the Hokitika River, on the Northward by a continuation of the last mentioned boundary, and the Bridge Reserve, on the Eastward by the Railway Reserve, No. 25, and on the Southward by Block No. X, exclusive of Reserves.
Block XLIV. (Suburban).
Situate at the junction of the Hohonu with the Teremakau River. Bounded on the North and South by Terraces, on the West by the Teremakau River, and on the East by a line twenty (20) chains from West boundary; to exclude the site of what is known as the Junction Township.
Block XLV. (Rural).
Situate at the Teremakau. Bounded on the East by Harcourt’s land in Block No. VII, on the North by the Teremakau River, on the West by the Waimea Creek, and on the South by the Christchurch Road.
Block XLVI. (Rural).
Situate at the Totara Lagoon and known formerly as the Totara Township. Bounded on the North, East, and South by Block No. X.
WE, the undersigned Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland, in accordance with the provisions of Section 30 of the Regulations for the sale, letting, occupation, and management of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the County of Westland, do hereby proclaim that the lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed are open for sale.
