Commencing at the intersection of the Western boundary of Reserve, No. 6, in red, by the Kakawau Creek, thence Southerly along the Western boundary of said Reserve a distance of eighty-five chains, thence at a right angle to the Paroa Lagoon; and Northerly along the Lagoon to its junction with Kakawau Creek, and up the said creek to the commencing point.

ARAHURA DISTRICT.

Block No. XVII. (Suburban).

Commencing at a point on the Stafford Direct Road, the same being five chains distant from the beach, thence on a bearing of 20° (magnetic) to Waimea Creek, thence Easterly up the said creek to its intersection by Reserve, No. 7, in red, thence Southerly along the Western boundary of the said Reserve to the Stafford Direct Road, and Westerly along the said road to the commencing point.

WE, the undersigned, Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland, in accordance with the provisions of section 32 of the regulations for the sale, letting, occupation, and management of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the County of Westland, do hereby proclaim that the lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed are open for sale.

Given under our hands, at Hokitika, this sixth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.
