THE WELLINGTON GOLDEN CROWN MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED).

I THE undersigned Solomon Levy hereby make application to register “The Wellington Golden Crown Gold Mining Company” Registered under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

1st. The name and style of the Company is “The Wellington Golden Crown Gold Mining Company” Registered.

2nd. The place of operations is at “Baker Hill,” Karori District.

3rd. The nominal capital of the Company is: Four thousand pounds, in Four hundred shares of Ten pounds each.

4th. The amount already paid up is Forty pounds ten shillings in cash, and One hundred and ten pounds in paid up shares.

5th. The name of the Manager is Solomon Levy.
