Entitled to Crown Grants.

I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI., of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming Title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the undermentioned persons have been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants or otherwise of the land set against their names in the annexed Schedule.

1416 1674 The Right Reverend Charles John, Bishop of Wellington, and others, Trustees of the General Synod of New Zealand, for Religious and Educational Purposes in the Diocese of Wellington Are entitled to a Grant of the Section No. 12 in the Block of Land surveyed by the New Zealand Company at Manawatu—subject nevertheless to the conditions of \"Land Orders and Scrip Act, 1858.\"
