Tukapu Road District.
ELECTION OF WARDENS.

Wellington, 13th August, 1867.
NOTICE has been given to this
under the hand of the undermen-
tioned Chairman, that at a meeting of the
Ratepayers of the above District, he'd at
Tawa Flat, Porirua Road, the following
persons were elected members of the
Board of Wardens for the ensuing two
years, namely :—
Mr. Geo. Morris
Mr. Stephen Mexted
Mr. Jesse Mexted
Mr. Thomas Edwards
Mr. John Morgan
Mr. Geo. Marchant, Chairman.

Alteration of Boundaries of the Matarawa School District.

Wellington, 20th August, 1867.
NOTICE is hereby given that Application
has been made to his Honor the
Superintendent to proclaim a School dis-
trict under the style of the "Mataongaonga
School District," with the following
boundaries, viz :—The Boundary com-
mences at the Junction of the Kohuta
Stream with the Wanganui River, thence
up the said Stream till it meets the divi-
sion line between the Mataongaonga and
Makiririki Road Districts, thence North
Easterly along said Road District line
about 111 chains, thence South Easterly to
the North West corner of the Waihapa
Native Reserve thence along the Western
boundary of that Reserve to the North
East corner of Application of G. M'Gregor
thence along the division line between the
Mataongaonga and Matarua Road District,
to a low saddle in section 270 thence along
a Ridge to the North East corner of Sec-
tion 58, thence along the Northern bound-
ary of Sections 58, 57, 56, 55, 54, and
53, thence Southerly along a portion of
the Eastern boundary of 724, thence along
the Northern boundary of Sections 52,
51, 50, 49, 48, 47, 46, 45, 44, 60, to the
Road Reserve on the Wanganui River,
thence up the Wanganui River along said
Road Reserve to the Starting Point. And
Whereas such proposed boundaries conflict
with the boundaries of the Matarawa,
School, District, Notice is hereby further
given in compliance with the provisions
of the "Education Act Amendment Act,
1867," that at the expiration of six months
from this date the said Mataongaonga
School District will be proclaimed and the
said Matarawa School Distrot altered ac-
cordingly, unless in the meantime suffi-
cient cause be shown to the contrary.

Proposed Moroa School District.
Provincial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 7th August, 1867.
NOTICE is hereby given that application
has been made to His Honor the
Superintendent to separate from the Grey-
town School District. a district to be called
the Moroa School District, the boundaries
whereof are described as follows :—On the
north side the Racecourse, on the west the
Tauherenikau School boundary, on the
south the southern boundary line of the
purchased sections abutting on Morrison's
Bush road, and on the east native land.
And notice is hereby further given in com-
pliance with the provisions of the "Edu-
cation Act Amendment Act, 1867" that at
the expiration of six months from this date
the Greytown School District will be altered
accordingly, unless in the meantime suffi-
cient cause be shown to the contrary.

Notice.
Wellington Savings Bank,
30th July, 1867.
NOTICE is hereby given that it has
been represented to me, the under-
signed Accountant to the "Wellington
Savings Bank," that Rawiri Puaha, a de-
positor in the said Bank, is deceased intes-
tate, and that Hohepa Tamaihenga is the
nearest of kin to the said Rawiri Puaha
deceased. And that under the power
vested in the Trustees of the said Bank
by an Act passed by the Provincial Coun-
cil of the Province of Wellington, Session
III, No. 7, intituled "An Act to Provide
for the Management of Savings Banks in
the Province of Wellington," the said
Trustees will, on the expiration of the
three months notice therein provided for,
proceed to consider to whom the sum
standing in the books of the said Bank to
the credit of the said Rawiri Puaha shall
be paid.
