Ferguson, Andrew Fargie, and Alexander Carnegie, be sequestrated into the hands of Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, Registrar of the Supreme Court at Wellington, until the hearing of the said Petition, or until the further order of the Court herein. And it is further ordered that a meeting of the Creditors of the said George Washington Ferguson, Andrew Fargie, and Alexander Carnegie, be held at the Grand Jury Room of the Supreme Court, at Wellington, on Monday, the eighteenth day of September instant, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of recommending Trustees to the Court, and the mode of winding up the said estate.
