that the said Petition be heard at the
Supreme Court-house, Wellington, on the
eighth day of November next, at the hour
of ten o'clock in the forenoon, and that
protection of the person and estate of the
said Leopold Griebel be granted until the
said eighth day of November next, or
until the further order of this Court; and
it is further ordered that the said Leopold
Griebel be forthwith discharged from the
custody of the Gaoler at Wellington, at
the suit of Frederick Luhning, or any
other detaining creditor: Provided always
that such protection shall be of no force
or effect should any creditor of the said
Leopold Griebel be in a position to issue
a writ of arrest against the said Leopold
Griebel in accordance with the Writ of
Arrest Act, to the satisfaction of a Judge,
or Registrar of the said Court, in the absence of such Judge.

THE UNDER-MENTIONED DEEDS OF GRANT, having been duly executed,
are now ready for issue at the above office, on payment of the sum of Twenty
Shillings on each Grant, under the provisions of the "Fees on Crown Grants Ordinance," Session VII., No. 11; also, of the Fees required by the "Land Registry Act,
1860."

In cases where it is impossible for the party entitled to receive the Grant to attend
in person, it will be deliverable to the bearer of an authority according to the subjoined
form, certified by a Magistrate, or by a Solicitor of the Supreme Court.
