SCHEDULE above referred to.
All that piece of land situate in the Hua Block, bounded towards the North by the Mangaone Stream; towards the East by rural allotments No. 93, and No. 15, 2235 links, rural allotment No. 94, 1520 links, rural allotments Nos. 94, 95, 96, 97, 2650 links; towards the South by rural allotments Nos. 98 and 101, 1515 links; and towards the West by the Mangauaha Stream, excepting and reserving the Egmont Road.
Report adopted this first day of August, 1866, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony.

We, the undersigned, the owners of Upokotauaki and Hoehoe Reserve, have agreed that the said Reserve shall be brought under the provisions of "The Native Reserves Amendment Act, 1862."

I, ROBERT PARRIS, a person duly appointed in this behalf under the provisions of "The New Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856," hereby certify and report that I have ascertained that the aboriginal inhabitants entitled to the piece or parcel of land described in the Schedule hereunto written have assented that the said piece or parcel of land shall be subject to the provisions of the said Act.
As witness my hand this 14th day of April, 1866.
