SCHEDULE above referred to.

All that piece of land situate at Ararepi, Grey Block, bounded on the North by Barret’s Reserve C. and a roadway 3780 links; towards the East by the Cowling Road, and part of the said Native Reserve No. 2, 5390 links; towards the South by part of the said Native Reserve No. 2, and a roadway, 3780 links; and towards the West by Native Reserve No. 5, 5390 links, excepting and reserving the Cowling Road through the same.

Report adopted this first day of August, 1866, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony.

New Plymouth, 18th April, 1866.

We, the undersigned, the owners of Reserve No. 2, Ararepi, have agreed that the said Reserve shall be brought under the provisions of “The Native Reserves Amendment Act, 1862.”

THE following Ordinance passed by the Provincial Council of the Province of Taranaki, intituled—

“The Harbour Trust Ordinance, 1866,”

which Ordinance was reserved for the signification of the Governor’s pleasure thereon, having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.
