All that piece of land situate in the Hua Block; bounded on the North by the Mangaone Stream; towards the East by rural allotments No. 93 and No. 15, two thousand two hundred and thirty-five (2235) links; rural allotment No. 94, one thousand five hundred and twenty (1520) links; rural allotments Nos. 94, 95, 96, 97, two thousand six hundred and fifty (2650) links; towards the South by rural allotments Nos. 98 and 101, one thousand five hundred and fifteen (1515) links; and towards the West by the Mangaonaha Stream, excepting and reserving the Egmont Road.

SCHEDULE C.

All that piece of land situate at rural allotment No. 30, Grey Block, bounded on the North by rural allotment No. 30, two hundred links; towards the East by the said rural allotment No. 30, two hundred and fifty (250) links; towards the South by the said rural allotment No. 30, two hundred (200) links; and towards the West by the said rural allotment No. 30, two hundred and fifty (250) links.

SCHEDULE D.

All that piece of land situate at Ararepi, Grey Block, bounded on the North by Barrett’s Reserve C, and a roadway three thousand seven hundred and eighty (8780) links; towards the East by the Cowling Road and part of the said Native Reserve No. 2, five thousand three hundred and ninety (5390) links; towards the South by part of the said Native Reserve No. 2, and a roadway three thousand seven hundred and eighty (8780) links; and towards the West by Native Reserve No. 5, five thousand three hundred and ninety (5390) links, excepting and reserving the Cowling Road through the same.

I, ROBERT PARRIS, a person duly appointed in this behalf under the provisions of "The New Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856," hereby certify and report that I have ascertained that the aboriginal inhabitants entitled to the piece or parcel of land described in the Schedule hereunder written have assented that the said piece or parcel of land shall be subject to the provisions of the said Act.

As witness my hand this 14th day of April, 1866.

Report adopted this first day of August, 1866, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony.
