NOTICE
No. 3. To Form 18 Chains, more or less, on Pine Hill, 16 feet wide, 1 x 12 Culvert.
No. 4. 100 Yards of good Blue Stone, 3/4-inch Metal, and a portion of Road Line re-graded for Mount Cargill Road.
No. 5. To Fence Upper Side of New Road through Mr. Grant’s property, at per chain, with post and 3 rails.
No. 1 will be shown on Monday, the 6th November, at 10 a.m., at Rothesay.
No. 2 on same day at 1 p.m., North East Valley, at Signal Hill Road.
No. 3 on Tuesday, the 7th November, at 9 a.m., at house of the Clerk.
No. 4 on Tuesday, the 7th November, at 1 p.m., at Toll-house.
Specifications for 1, 2, 3, 5 at Cattle Market Hotel, North East Valley.
Specifications for No. 4 at Upper Junction.
Tenders can be left at North-East Valley Schoolhouse on or before, the 11th November at 2 p.m., having enclosed 5 per cent. on amount of tender, and the lowest or any not necessarily accepted by the Board.

TO THE RATEPAYERS IN THE PORTOBELLO ROAD DISTRICT.
The District Board made at their last meeting, held on October the 7th, a General Rate of One Shilling in the £ on all rateable property within the district for the year ending June 30th, 1877.
The Rate Book lies for the inspection of ratepayers, who may take copies of the same at the house of the Clerk.
Objections (if any) must be made in writing and lodged with the Clerk on or before the 11th of November.
A Special Meeting of the Board will be held on Saturday, the 18th of November, at 12 o’clock, to determine such objections.
No other notice will be given.

SUBURBAN ROAD DISTRICT.
RATEPAYERS are hereby notified that a General Rate of One Shilling in the Pound was made on Thursday, October 12, for the year ending June 30th, 1877.
Objections (if any) must be made in writing and lodged with the Clerk on or before Friday, November 10th.
The Board will meet on Saturday, November 11th, at noon, to determine such objections.

Bush Falling, Formation, and Bridge on Dean’s Road. Contractors meet at Mr. Dean’s house at 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 9th.
Formation about 30 Chains on Heyward Road, Deborah Bay. Contractors to meet at junction of Kowhai and Heyward Roads at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8th.
Tenders to be lodged at the Board’s Office by noon on Monday, November 13th.

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Rate of 1s in the £ on all rateable property within the District was made on the 26th October; also a special rate of 6d in the £ in the Ahuriri and Port Molyneux subdivision, and 3d in the £ in the Catlin’s River and Puerua subdivision of the above District.
The Rate-book lies for inspection by ratepayers at the Board’s Office.
Further notice is given that a Special Meeting of the Board will be held on Thursday, 30th November, at 12 o’clock noon, to hear and determine objections (if any) to valuation or assessment.
Objections to be lodged in writing with the Clerk on or before Wednesday, 29th November.
