Martin, on Friday, the 20th day of October, 1876, at the upset price of 20s. per acre, subject to such increase (if any) as may be determined upon by Parliament now assembled, not exceeding a total of 40s. per acre. To be sold at the Provincial Council Hall, Dunedin, immediately after the sale of the Government township of Craigleith.
