NOTICE is hereby given that the Mining Lease issued in favour of Samuel Karnaghan, for Section 4, Polnoon District, has been cancelled by the Government, and the land is open for occupation by holders of Miners’ Rights, &c.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mining Lease of ten acres of land situated at the east end of Boundary Creek, Cardrona, issued in favour of Messrs Chalmers and Kerin has been cancelled by desire of the Lessees, and the land is now open for occupation by holders of miners’ rights, etc.

AUCTIONEERS’ LICENSES.

A MEETING will be held in the Government Offices, Dunedin, at noon, on Thursday, 13th April, 1876, to consider the application of Randolph Getham Creagh, of Waikouaiti, for an Auctioneer’s License.

SUPREME COURT CIRCUIT SITTING.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Circuit Court Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of criminal and civil business will be held in the Court House, at Lawrence, on Tuesday, the twenty-first day of March next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances or otherwise to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business will be held at the Supreme Court House at Dunedin, on Monday, the third day of April next, at the hour of Ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses are required to give their attendance.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned as Millers and Produce Merchants, carrying on business in Dunedin and Oamaru under the style or firm of Anderson and Mowat, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and that the business will be carried on as hitherto by James Anderson, under the style or firm of Anderson and Co.

Andrew Mowat will pay all liabilities due by, and receive all debts due to, the late firm in Oamaru, James Anderson paying all liabilities due by, and receive all debts due to, the late firm in Dunedin.

for trespassing on his crops, for which twenty shillings damages is claimed, and if not realised will be sold at the Public Pound, Tokomairiro, on Friday, the 21st April, 1876.

IMPOUNDED on the 22nd day of March, 1876, by Henry Youngman, one red Heifer, no visible brand; also, on the 25th, one black Horse, branded like P on near shoulder, owner unknown, for trespassing on Recreation Ground, Dunedin South; and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at South Dunedin, on Friday, the 14th day of April, 1876, at twelve o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 22nd day of March, 1876, one black Mare, branded O or U on near shoulder, by S. Jobson, Ranger, supposed to belong to Mr. Jorden, Shag Valley, for trespassing on road, Hawkesbury, for which 2s. 6d. damage is claimed, and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Hawkesbury, on Friday, the 14th day of April, 1876, at twelve o’clock noon.
