No. 12. TENDERS are invited for Forming a Footpath, 9 feet wide, at Rothesay, and Supplying about 40 yards Road Metal near Ravensbourne. Both jobs will be shown on Wednesday, the 5th April, at 10 a.m., Ravensbourne.

No. 13. Tenders are also invited for Breaking and Spreading only, 250 yards 3in. Road Metal on Sections 13 and 16, Block X, Pine Hill, at per cubic yard.

No. 14. Tenders are also invited for about 40 Chains of Fencing, 2 Rails and 2 Wires, at per chain, and Cutting about 30 Chains of Ditching on Section 19, North East Valley.

No. 15. Tenders are also invited to Form a Road to Opoho.

No. 16. Tenders are invited to part Re-form and Supply, Break and Spread Metal on about 3 Chains of Street line, Duddingstone, North East Valley, and 12 yards of Culvert to be recovered and other repairs near the North East Valley Hotel.

No. 17. To form 10 Chains of Road, more or less, and large Culvert on part Sections 19, North East Valley, and 11 B X, as per plan and specifications.

Plans and specifications for contracts Nos. 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, at Cattle Market Hotel, North East Valley. Tenders to be accompanied by 5 per cent. on amount of tender, and left at North East Valley School-house on or before the 8th April, at 2 p.m.

NORTH TAIERI ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above Board intend to form a road line on part of Section 24, Irregular Block, Taieri, being Church Reserve; said road to be one hundred (100) links wide, and under the authority and powers vested in the Board, as per "Highway Boards Empowering Act," together with the "Lands Consolidation Act."

The plan of the above road can be seen by any person interested for 40 days from this date at the Schoolhouse, Mosgiel, between the hours of 10 a.m. till 4 p.m., and any persons affected by the above are required to state their objections, in writing, and forward to the Board within 40 days from this date; and the Board will meet to hear and decide upon objections (if any) on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1876, at 1 o'clock p.m.
