DUNEDIN DISTRICT SCHOOLS.

APPLICATIONS, accompanied with testimonials, will be received by the Dunedin School Committee until 4 o'clock on Friday, 31st March, for a qualified THIRD MASTER for the Albany-street School. Salary, £110 per annum. Duties to commence on Monday, 10th April.

ANDERSON'S BAY DISTRICT.

TEACHER WANTED for the District School. Applications, with testimonials, to be lodged with the undersigned, on or before the 10th day of April, 1876. The Government subsidy is £100; also proportion of school fees, with five-roomed cottage and garden. There are over 180 children in the district, between the ages of 6 and 14, capable of attending school. The successful applicant will be required to enter upon his duties at once.

TEACHER WANTED for Anderson’s Bay District School. Applications, with testimonials, to be sent on or before the 10th April next, to the Chairman, Duncan Macgregor. Above 180 children, between the ages of 6 and 14, in the district.

TEACHER WANTED for Roxburgh Main District School. Salary, £175 per annum, with the prospect of an increase shortly to £200. A good stone residence, with garden attached. Applications, with testimonials, will be received by the undersigned up till May 1st.

TEACHER WANTED for the School at Purakanui. Salary, Government allowance and school fees. There is an excellent residence, with abundance of fuel on the School Glebe. Applications, with testimonials, to be lodged at the Education Office, before the 10th of April. A married man preferred.

SCHOOLMASTER and Schoolmistress wanted for Queenstown Main District School. Joint salary from Government, £175, with school fees which will probably make the joint income about £350; there is also a fine residence. They will be required to enter upon their duties on 1st May next. Applications with testimonials will be received till 15th April by

WANTED, a Second-class Female PUPIL TEACHER for the Maungatua School. Salary, £60 per annum. Applications with testimonials to be lodged with the Secretary on or before the 21st April.

TWO POUNDS REWARD.

STOLEN or Strayed from Hampden a Bay Mare, branded C on near shoulder, long forelock; a little stiff in fore leg, and switch tail.

Any person returning same, or giving information as to the whereabouts of said mare, will receive the above reward.

STRAYED, from Forbury, about the 20th of November, a Dark Bay HORSE; branded like hind fetlock white. Any person returning the same to Martin and Watson, Stuart-street, will receive the above reward.
