WAKATIPU DEPASTURING DISTRICT.

SALE OF RUNS.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sale of Leases of Runs in the above district, being a portion of the present Connnage, will be held at Queenstown, at noon on Saturday, the 29th of April next.

Particulars and conditions of sale can be seen at the Wardens' Offices, Arrowtown, Queenstown, and Lawrence, and at the Land Offices in Dunedin and Invercargill.

LEASE OF TOLLS.

SATURDAY, 29TH APRIL, 1876.

THE Lease of the Waikari Toll Gate for the term commencing on the 1st May, 1876, and ending on the 31st March, 1877, will be sold by public auction at the Provincial Government Buildings on the 29th day of April next, at noon.

£330 was realised by the Government at the sale on the 2nd March, 1875, for the year ending 31st March, 1876.

LAND FOR SETTLEMENT.

MR. ROBERT SHORT, Land Office, Dunedin,
has been appointed to supply information as to settlement on the land, whether by immediate purchase, deferred payments, or under agricultural leases.

Mr. Short will show maps of the land and assist purchasers or selectors in making the necessary applications.
