NOTICE is hereby given that the following allot-
ments in the above Hundred will be offered for
Sale by Public Auction, at the Survey Office, Lawrence,
on Monday, at noon, 2nd August, 1875, at the upset
price opposite each section, as land of special value,
under the 85th clause of the "Otago Waste Lands.

Province, and a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid at the
time of making the application, being the first half-year's
occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the
rate of 2s. 6d. per acre, per annum, for ten years.
