NOTICE is hereby given that the following sections
in Waipahee, Chatton, and Dart Districts will be
open for application, on deferred payment, on Tuesday,
the 31st August, 1875. Application must be made by
the applicant, in person, at any Land Office in the
Province, and a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid at the
time of making the application, being the first half-
year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable
at the rate of 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for 10 years.
