LAND FOR SETTLEMENT.

PERSONS desirous of selecting Land, either for immediate purchase or for occupation on deferred payments, or under the Agricultural Lease Regulations, will, on application to Mr. Short, at the Land Office, Dunedin, be supplied with all the information they may require as to what land is open for sale or occupation, and the terms upon which it may be acquired.

Mr. Short will show maps of the land, and assist purchasers or selectors in making the necessary applications.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on the 6th day July, 1875. Application must be made by the applicant in person at any land office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the taxa of 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for ten years.
