OUTRAM ROAD BOARD.

THE Nomination of Candidates for vacancies in the above Board will take place on Saturday, 5th June, at noon, as under—

West Taieri Subdivision—Drill Shed, Outram.

Henley Subdivision—Woolshed, Henley.

In the event of a poll being demanded, it will take place on Thursday, 10th June, at the above mentioned places.

KURI BUSH ROAD DISTRICT.—NOTICE.—A meeting of ratepayers entitled to vote in the respective subdivisions will be held for the purpose of nominating members for election to fill up the vacancies in each subdivision, on Thursday, the 10th June, 1875, at noon.

Kuri Bush Subdivision—In the School-house, Kuri Bush.

Motupipi Subdivision—In the School-house, Otakia.

NORTH-EAST VALLEY ROAD DISTRICT.

TENDERS are invited to supply 1000 yards of good 2½-inch Road Metal, and spread the same on the West Harbour Road, lower end, at per yard.

A SEPARATE TENDER will be received to form 5 chains, more or less, on the Beach Road, below St. Leonards. The work will be pointed out to contractors on Tuesday, the 8th day of June, at 11 a.m.

TENDERS are also invited to supply and spread 250 yards, more or less, of 5-inch stone spalls for No. 8 Road, Pine Hill. Specifications for the above at Cattle Market Hotel, North-East Valley.

TENDERS will be received for fencing the New Road on section 18, block X. (Mr. Reid\'s section), with a sheep proof fence, at per chain. Specification for fencing at Mr. Thomas Brown\'s, North-East Valley.

Tenders for any of the above works to be left at Valley School-house, on or before the 12th June, at 2 p.m.

NOTICE is hereby given that the business heretofore carried on by Matthew Instone, David Murchie, and John Concher, at Riverton, in Otago, as saw millers and timber merchants, under the firm of \"Concher and Company,\" was dissolved on or about the 26th day of September last, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said John Concher who assigned his interest to Caleb Small, and that the said business in future will be carried on by the said Matthew Instone, David Murchie, and Caleb Small, under the firm of \"Small and Company,\" who are authorised to receive all debts owing to the late firm, and who will pay all the liabilities of the late firm of Concher and Company.

NOTICE is hereby given, that by virtue of a writ fieri facias, to me directed and delivered, issued out of this Honorable Court in this cause on the twentieth day of January last, and in pursuance of \"The Executions of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867,\" the estate and interest of the above named George Reeves, the execution debtor, in all that parcel of land situate in the Tokomairiro district in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement one rood (more or less), being section numbered thirty-six (36), block (III.) on the subdivision map of that portion of the private township of Milton, signed by one Peter M\'Gill, and deposited by him with the Registrar of Deeds for the Province.
