part and parcel of rural section numbered one hundred
and thirty-four, block seventeen, on the Record Map of
the Tokomairiro District of the Province aforesaid, the
memorial of judgment of which is registered in the office
of the Registrar of Deeds in Dunedin in the Province
aforesaid, has at the suit of the above named Charles
Flerman, the execution creditor, been levied upon and
taken in execution, and will be sold by auction at the
Sheriff's Office, Supreme Court House in Dun-
edin, on Saturday, the 3rd day of July next, at twelve
o'clock noon, unless the said execution shall be pre-
viously satisfied.

TAKE NOTICE, that we desire that the boundary or
separating fence between sections 23 and 22 of
block I., Waikouaiti District aforesaid, be made imme-
diately, and that such fence shall be a fence of posts and six
wires, with posts not more than eight feet apart inserted
not less than two feet into the ground, the upper wire to
be not less than four feet three inches from the ground.

INCENDIARISM.
£100 REWARD.
Maliciously Setting Fire to a Woolshed and Stable.
WHEREAS about 7. 30 o'clock on the night of
the 6th ult., a woolshed and stable containing
a buggy, a chaff-cutting machine, a woolpress, a
quantity of harness, oats, etc., situate at Kuriwao
Station, Clinton, the property of Fitzclarence Roberts,
Esq., value £1000, were discovered on fire, by which
they were destroyed.
And whereas, at an inquest held on the 9th ultimo,
to enquire as to the origin of the said fire, the Jury
returned the following verdict, "That no evidence of
the origin of the fire doth appear to the Jury."
And whereas it is believed that the said fire was
wilfully and maliciously originated: And whereas,
Fitzclarence Roberts, Esquire, has offered a reward
of £50 for the arrest and conviction of the offender:
Notice is hereby given that a reward of £50 (supple-
mental to that offered by Mr. Roberts,) will be paid
by the Provincial Government of Otago, to any per-
son who will first give such information to the police
as will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person
or persons by whom the said fire was caused, and His
Excellency the Governor will be advised to grant a
free pardon to an accomplice, not being the person
who actually caused the fire, who will give such in-
formation as will lead to a like result.
