FENCING NOTICE.

To W. H. Cutten, or whom it may concern, as owners of
section 5, block I., South Molyneux District.

TAKE NOTICE, that I DESIRE the boundary or
dividing fence between sections 5 and 4, block I.,
South Molyneux District, to be put up at once, or within
one month from this date; the said fence to consist of
posts with four wires, and double ditch and bank.

NOTICE TO MAKE FENCE.

To John Paul Carruthers, owner of section 23, block I.,
Waikouaiti District.

TAKE NOTICE, that we desire that the boundary or
separating fence between sections 23 and 22 of
block I., Waikouaiti District aforesaid, be made imme-
diately, and that such fence be a fence of posts and six
wires, with posts not more than eight feet apart inserted
not less than two feet into the ground, the upper wire to
be not less than four feet three inches from the ground.

NOTICE TO FENCE.

I HEREBY give Notice to Frederick Thompson and
Thomas Naylor, owners of sections 18 and 19, block
VI., Township of South Dunedin, that I require the divi-
sion fence between the above sections and 14 and 15 to
be put up at once, such fence to be split posts, sawn rails,
and palings.

on Friday the 11th day of June, 1875, at 12 o'clock noon.

Thomas Pollock, Popotunoa,
1 red and white Bull
belonging to Duncan Campbell, Merrie Creek, and
claimed by him, for trespassing on paddock containing
oats stacks, for which five pounds damage to stacks, and
five pounds damage for being at large is claimed, and in
default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at
the public pound at Popotunoa, on Friday, the 4th day of
June, 1875, at 12 o'clock noon.

IMPOUNDED in the Oamaru Pound on the 20th
May, 1875, by Thomas Dunn, Ranger, Waireka
Road Board, for straying on the roads,
1 brown saddle horse, branded like F off shoulder, star
on forehead, both hind feet white;
1 bay saddle horse, no visible brand, star on forehead,
near hind foot white;
owners unknown, for which 4s. 3d. each driving
expense and toll money is claimed, and in default of
being released, the above horses will be sold at the public
pound at Oamaru, on Friday the 11th day of June, 1875,
at 12 o'clock noon.

on Saturday, 22nd May, 1875.

INCENDIARISM.

£100 REWARD.
Maliciously Setting Fire to a Woolshed and Stable.

WHEREAS about 7. 30 o'clock on the night of
the 6th ult., a woolshed and stable containing
a buggy, a chaff-cutting machine, a woolpress, a
quantity of harness, oats, etc., situate at Kuriwao
Station, Clinton, the property of Fitzclarence Roberts,
Esq., value £1000, were discovered on fire, by which
they were destroyed.
And whereas, at an inquest held on the 9th ultimo,
to enquire as to the origin of the said fire, the Jury
returned the following verdict, "That no evidence of
the origin of the fire doth appear to the Jury."
And whereas it is believed that the said fire was
willfully and maliciously originated: And whereas,
Fitzclarence Roberts, Esquire, has offered a reward
