Objections must be made in writing, and lodged, on or before noon, on Saturday, the 20th day of March current, at the Land Office, Dunedin, when the above applications will be decided. The ballot for those sections which are covered by more than one application will take place on Monday, the 22nd inst., at noon.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

TUESDAY, 13TH APRIL, 1875.

1,580 ACRES OF LAND for sale on Deferred Payments, in the Herriott Hundred, near Swift Creek.

Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Tuesday, the 13th day of April, 1875. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s 3d per acre, paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 2s 6d per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Offices at Lawrence, and at Dunedin.

Sections 16, 22, 23, 24, 26, and 30, Block IV., and Sections 1, 8, 11, 13, 23, and 25, Block V., Greenvale.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the following applications to occupy land on deferred payments in Tuapeka West District have been received at this office:—

Robert Hills, for sections 48, 49, and 66, block III. Stewart M’Comb, for sections 57, 56, and 58, block III. Robert Gawn, for sections 52, 53, and 69, block III. William James Cross, for section 50, block II. Henry Cross, for section 23, block II.

Also the following in the Glenkenich District:—

John Brown, for section 94, block III.

And that Friday, the 19th day of March, 1875, at two o’clock p.m., has been appointed the time for deciding unopposed applications, and for notifying the objections (if any) that may have been lodged.
