RUN FOR SALE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease for ten years of Run No. 64, containing about 1600 acres, will be offered for sale by Public Auction, at the Court House, Mataura Bridge, on Thursday, the 1st day of April next, at noon, in terms of “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872,” and especially the 144th clause of that Act, at the upset price, or premium of 2d. per acre; rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle, on the number to be hereafter determined by an assessor of the stock-carrying capacities of the Run, to be appointed by the Waste Land Board. The lease to commence on 1st April, 1875. The rent for the half year ending 1st October, 1875, and the deposit of one tenth of the purchase money, shall be payable at the fall of the hammer, the balance of purchase money within a month of date of sale.
