OTAGO WASTE LANDS ACT, 1872.
Section 65, Sub-section 1.
TENTH SCHEDULE.
District of Clyde, Blacks, January 19, 1875.
To the District Land Officer at Clyde.
HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I intend to construct a Water Race for irrigation and domestic purposes, commencing at a point on Spottis Creek, eastern branch thereof, in section 13, block I, Tiger Hill, passing through sections 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 54, and 3, of said block, and terminating on section 1 of same block, being part of my farm.
The length of such race is four miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is south.
The mean depth and breadth of such race is four feet by one, and it is capable of carrying four sluice heads of water, as the same is delineated on the plan of block I., Tiger Hill.

Any person objecting to the issue of a Licence to the above-named Applicant, must lodge his objection in writing at my office within fourteen clear days from the date hereof.

To the District Land Officer at Naseby.
WE Hereby give notice that we intend to construct a Water Race for irrigation, farming, and domestic purposes, commencing at a point near Spring Creek, on the road between Naseby and Eden Creek, and terminating at section No. 4, Eweburn Agricultural Block.
The length of such race is two miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is about north and south, and it will pass through the Mount Ida Pastoral Investment Company’s, and M. R. A. Chapman’s runs.
The mean depth and breadth of such race is 2 feet by 3 feet, and it is capable of carrying 1½ sluice heads of water.

SUPREME COURT CIRCUIT SITTING.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Circuit Court sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of criminal and civil business will be holden in the Court House, at Lawrence, on Tuesday, the 16th day of March next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances or otherwise to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses are required to give their attendance.

To the Occupiers of Section 23, Block I., Akatore.
TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the boundary or dividing fence between Sections 37 and 23, Block I., Akatore, be put up at once, or within a month from date, said fence to consist of posts, with four wires, and double ditch.

NOTICE TO MAKE FENCE.
To Owners of Sections Nos. 43, 46, and 47, Block VIII., Invercargill Hundred.
TAKE NOTICE, that I desire the dividing or separating fence between the above-named Sections and Sections 40, 41, and 42 same block, be made immediately, and that the said fence shall be sod wall, not less than 4 feet 6 inches at base, 4 feet 6 inches high, with double ditch 3 feet wide and 2 feet deep on each side of such fence.

TAKE NOTICE, if your portion of boundary or separating fence, between sections 4 and 5, block II., Waikaka, be not made and completed on or before the 20th day of April, 1875, I shall cause said fence to be made at your expense.
