TENTH SCHEDULE.
To the Land Officer at Lawrence, 11th February, 1875.
We hereby give Notice that we intend to construct a Water Race, for industrial purposes commencing at a point near Patterson's Saw Mill, and terminating behind Mr. M'Farlane's Mill.
The length of such water race is 20 chains, or thereabouts, and its intended course is westerly from Patterson's mill to M'Farlane's.
The mean depth and breadth of such water race is 3 feet, and it is capable of carrying two heads of water.

To the District Land Officer at Naseby, January 15, 1875.
We hereby give Notice that we intend to construct a Water Race for irrigation, farming, and domestic purposes, commencing at a point about a quarter of a mile on the right-hand side of the road from Naseby to Idaburn Creek and from Eweburn Creek, and terminating at section No. 4, Eweburn Agricultural Block.
The length of such race is three miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is about north and south through the Mount Ida Pastoral Company’s Run.
The mean length and breadth is 2 by 3 feet, and it is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water.

The name of the Company is to be—Crown and Cross Quartz Mining Company, Limited.
The place of operation is at—Carrick Range.
The registered office of the Company will be situated at—Cromwell.
The nominal capital of the Company is—£6000, in 3000 shares of £2 each.
The number of shares subscribed for is—2000, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the Company.
The number of paid-up shares is—None.
The amount already paid up is—£4500, or 30s. per share.
The name of the Manager is—James Marshall.
