NOTICE

Of certain lands at Kaitangata, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a Reserve for a public Cemetery.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a reserve for a public Cemetery; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for a public Cemetery: (that is to say)—

Section 15, block V., Kaitangata.

Dated at Dunedin, this 10th day of November, 1874.

NOTICE

Of certain land in the Glenomaru District, in the Province of Otago, for Educational purposes.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for Educational purposes; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a reserve for Educational purposes: (that is to say)—

Section 17, block III., Glenomaru.

Of certain land at Naseby, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a site for a Fire Brigade Station.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” recommended that the land hereinafter described should be set apart as a reserve for a Fire Brigade Station; and it is expedient that the said land should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the land hereinafter described a reserve for a site for a Fire Brigade Station: (that is to say)—

Section 132, block I., Naseby.

Dated at Dunedin, this 10th day of November, 1874.

Of certain land in Tuapeka East in the Province of Otago having been reserved for Educational purposes.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for educational purposes; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a reserve for Educational purposes: (that is to say)—

Section 65, Block V., Tuapeka East.

Dated at Dunedin this 10th day of November 1874.

NOTICE

Of certain lands in the Province of Otago, having been reserved as sites for public Schools.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as reserves for sites for public Schools; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as reserves for sites for public Schools: (that is to say)—

All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement three (3) roods, more or less, situate in the town of Port Chalmers, being sections numbered respectively 69, 70, and 71, on the map of the said town; bounded towards the north-west by Ajax Road, three hundred links; towards the north-east by section numbered 72, two hundred and fifty links; towards the south-east by sections numbered respectively 51, 52, and 53, three hundred links; and towards the south-west by section numbered 68, two hundred and fifty links.

NOTICE

Of certain lands at Wyndham, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a Gravel reserve.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a Gravel reserve at Wyndham; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Gravel reserve at Wyndham: (that is to say)—

All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement thirty-three acres, one rood, and five poles, more or less, situate in Wyndham District, being section numbered 50, block IV., on the map of the said District, bounded towards the north by section numbered 36, and Crown lands, two thousand three hundred and thirty-one links; towards the east by Crown lands, one thousand four hundred and eighty-one links; towards the south-east by sections numbered respectively 51, 52, and 53, three hundred links; and towards the west by section numbered 68, two hundred and fifty links.
