NOTICE
Of certain land in the Province of Otago having been reserved for the purposes of recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the town of Wyndham.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for the purposes of recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the town of Wyndham, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a reserve for the purposes of recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the town of Wyndham (that is to say):—
All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement one hundred and fifty acres more or less, situate in the town of Wyndham, bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section numbered 5, block I., Wyndham District, and proceeding due west one hundred links: thence due south two hundred and sixty links: thence in a south-westerly direction along road-line one thousand one hundred and forty links: thence in a west-north-westerly direction along the road-line three thousand four hundred and sixty links: thence due north to the road-line on the bank of the Mataura river two thousand one hundred and forty links: thence along that road in a north-easterly direction three thousand nine hundred and forty links: thence along the Mihimihi in a southerly direction one thousand nine hundred and eight links: thence due south one thousand five hundred links: thence along that boundary due east to the starting-point.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a Public Cemetery at Papakaio; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, as a reserve for a Public Cemetery at Papakaio (that is to say):—
All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement two (2) acres more or less, situate in Papakaio district, being section numbered one hundred and twenty-eight (128), block three (III.), on the map of the said district, bounded towards the north-west by section numbered seventy-one (71), six hundred and sixty-three (668) links; towards the north-east by a road line three hundred (806) links; towards the south-east by section numbered one hundred and nineteen (119), six hundred and sixty-nine (669) links; and towards the south-west by section numbered one hundred and nineteen (119), three hundred (300) links.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a reserve for a public market; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for a public market (that is to say):—
All that area in the Province of Otago, Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement three roods and twenty-three poles more or less, situate in the town of Lawrence, being Block numbered 65 on the map of the said town, bounded towards the north-east by Crown lands, three hundred and twenty-nine links; towards the east by a street-line one hundred and twenty links; towards the south-east by the Beaumont road five hundred and forty-two links; towards the north-west by Hastings-street three hundred and seventy-four links; together with that area in the Province of Otago aforesaid containing by admeasurement six acres one rood and twenty-four poles more or less, situate in the Tuapeka East District, being Section numbered 7, Block XX., on the map of the said District, bounded towards the north-east by Crown lands one thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight links, and by residence area two hundred and forty links; towards the south-east by Hastings-street, four hundred and forty-four links; and by the Beaumont-road one hundred and twenty-one links; towards the south-west by residence area three hundred and thirty-three links; and by the Beaumont-road one thousand four hundred and thirty-three links.
