Sections 9, 10, 11, and 19, block XXXII., Hampden.

NOTICE.

Of certain land in the Township of Waikaia, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a site for public Buildings.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a site for Public Buildings; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a Reserve for a site for Public Buildings; (that is to say) —
Sections 7, 8, 9, 19, 20 and 21, block XVIII., Waikaia Township.

Of certain land at Kyeburn, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a Coal Reserve.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a reserve for coal for the use of the inhabitants of Kyeburn; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a coal reserve for the use of the inhabitants of Kyeburn (that is to say) —
All that area in the Province of Otago, Colony of New Zealand, containing one hundred and fifteen acres more or less, situate in Block 5 Kyeburn District, excepting Sections numbered 1 and 2, commencing at a point on the eastern branch of Kyeburn due east from Trig Station D; thence along the said branch north three hundred and fifty links; thence due west two thousand eight hundred links; thence due south four thousand four hundred links; thence due east three thousand eight hundred links to the eastern branch of Kyeburn; thence along the said branch to the north-western boundary of Pre-emptive right (c) App. 6920; thence along the said boundary to the eastern branch of Kyeburn; thence along the said branch to the starting-point.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a reserve for recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the Township of Mataura Bridge; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the land hereinafter described a reserve for recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the Township of Mataura Bridge (that is to say) —

Of certain land in the Province of Otago having been reserved as a site for a reserve for the Port Chalmers Water Works.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a reservoir for the Port Chalmers Water Works, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve as a site for a reservoir for the Port Chalmers Water Works: (that is to say) —
All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 179 acres 1 rood 16 poles, situate in the North Harbour and Blueskin District, being sections numbered 1, 2, and 97 on the map of the said district.
