NOTICE is hereby given that the Lease for ten years of the undernamed runs will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Survey Office, Queenstown, on Tuesday, the 10th day of November next, at noon, in terms of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” at the upset price of halfpenny per acre, rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle to be depastured on the run; but the minimum stock on which assessment shall be charged shall not be less than the number set opposite each. Lease to commence on the first day of October, 1874.
