NOTICE is hereby Given, that Sections 3, 8, 22, 21, 23, 20, 24, 19, 25, 28, 26, 27, Block VIII; and Sections 17, 20, 95, 19, and 51, Block IV, Papakaio District, will be offered for sale on Thursday, the 26th day of November, 1874, at the rooms of Mr. Shrimski, Oamaru, at an upset price of £2 per acre. Terms: One-third of the purchase money on the fall of the hammer, and the balance in two equal payments in 12 and 24 months, bearing interest at the rate of 8 percent. per annum; or the whole amount may be paid in cash at once, at the option of the purchaser.

Sections 101, 102, 140, 155, 138, 139, 103, 104, 92, 93, 50, 94, 56, 52, 53, 55, and 57, Block IV, Papakaio District, will also be offered for sale at the same time and place, at an upset price of £2 per acre, with valuation for fencing added—possession to be given on the 1st April, 1875.
