NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.
TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned James and Thomas More, of Riverton, Otago, New Zealand, timber merchants, on or about the 28th day of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, with the consent of all the partners, retired from the firm of J. Wilson and Company, general merchants, Riverton, by sale of their interest therein to John Bell, of Riverton aforesaid, merchant; and that the said co-partnership, so far as the said James and Thomas More were concerned, was dissolved as from that date, and was thereafter and will hereafter be carried on by the undersigned John Wilson, John Pettchell, and John Bell, under the old style or firm of J. Wilson and Company.
Dated at Riverton aforesaid this twelfth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.

NOTICE TO MAKE A FENCE.
To MR. FINLAY MACKAY, or owner of Sections 32, 33, and 36, Block 1, Taturau Hundred.
TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the boundary of a Separating Fence between Section 6, Block 1, Taturau Hundred, and the above-mentioned Sections be made immediately, and that such fence be constructed in accordance with description No. 1, Schedule B, of the Fencing Ordinance.

NOTICE TO FENCE.
To Henry Driver and John Maclean, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, and to whom it may concern.
TAKE notice that we desire that the boundary or separating fence between sections 16 and 17, Block XIV, New River Hundred, be made immediately, and that such fence shall be a bank or dyke not less than two feet six inches high with a ditch not less than three feet wide and two feet six inches deep, with post not less than four feet six inches high from the surface of the ground, nor more than nine feet apart, inserted not less than two feet into the ground, with three rails or wires to the posts; the top rail to be not more than eight feet from the ground.

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE
To the District Land Officer at Clyde.
I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I intend to construct a Water-race for irrigating purposes, commencing at a point—the Upper Gorge, Manuherikia, near my house, on Black’s Flat, and terminating in my paddock. The length of such Water-race is 30 chains or thereabouts, and its intended course is south-west. The mean depth and breadth of such Water-race is 18 by 36 inches, and it is capable of carrying four sluice-heads of water.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Under Section 1 of Regulation IV.
WHEREAS application has been made to me by Patrick McCluskey and Peter McCarthy to declare that the portion of the Otago Goldfield described in the Schedule hereto, may be occupied by holders of Miners’ Rights, in Claims of the undermentioned size, viz.:
One (1) Acre for each holder of a Miner’s Right, provided that no block claim shall comprise more than six (6) acres altogether.
Now, therefore, I give notice that such application will be heard before me at the Court House, Naseby, on Monday, October the 26th, 1874, at 11 a.m.

All that portion of the Otago Goldfields situated in the Manuherikia Valley, Hogburn, and comprising two acres more or less. Bounded on the south by Kearney’s paddock, 100 yards; on the west by the Band of Hope Water Race, 100 yards; on the north by Shields’s Gully, 100 yards; and on the east by Crown Lands, 100 yards.
