NOTICE is hereby Given, that the Lease for 10 years of the undermentioned Runs will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Survey Office, Queenstown, on the 1st day of October next, at noon, in terms of the Otago Waste Land Act, 1872, at the upset price of half-penny per acre. Rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle to be depastured on the runs; but the minimum stock on which assessment will be charged shall not be less than the number set opposite each. Lease to commence on the 1st day of October, 1874. The annual rent and a deposit of one-tenth of the purchase money shall be payable at the fall of the hammer, the balance of purchase money within a month.
