Terms, 25 per cent. cash, and 25 per cent. at 6, 12, and 24 months, bearing interest at 6 per cent. per annum.

APPLICATIONS having been received to purchase sections 57, 59, 61, Block VII and section 5 Block XIII, Waipahi District, it is hereby notified that objections to the issue of certificates for the occupation thereof on deferred payment, must be notified at least twenty-four hours before the 12th day of August, 1874; and should no objections be made or sustained, the sections will be granted to the applicants.

SHAG RIVER BRIDGE.
FRESH Tenders will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday 11th August 1874 for Contract No. 946: erection of stone and timber Bridge on Shag River. Plans and Specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Provincial Engineer Dunedin and the Police Camp, Palmerston. Tenders to be endorsed “Tender for Contract No. 946.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any Tender.

NOTICE is hereby given to the ratepayers and others interested in the above District that on and after Monday August 3rd, 1874, the annual accounts of the Board will be open for inspection at the Schoolhouse Waikari, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
The statutory annual meeting of the Board will be held in the Schoolhouse Waikari, on Wednesday August 19th at noon, when the aforesaid accounts will be presented and dealt with.
