Notice is hereby given, that Sections 1 to 42, Block
XI., Tuapeka West District, Run 123, on both sides of
the Road Lawrence to Tuapeka Mouth, will be open for
application on Monday, the 6th April, 1874, at the Dis-
trict Land Office, Lawrence.

Applications must be accompanied by a deposit of 1s
3d per acre, being the first half year's occupation fee.

The Sections are 50 acres each.

The purchase money is payable at the rate of 2s 6d
per annum for 10 years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained at Lawrence
and Dunedin.

MONDAY, 6th April, 1874.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Lease for 10
years of the undermentioned Runs will be offered
for sale by public auction at the Land Office, Invercargill,
on the 6th day of April next, in terms of the "Otago
Waste Land Act, 1872," at the upset price of half-penny
per acre. Rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every
head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle,
to be depastured on the Runs; but the minimum stock
on which assessment shall be charged shall not be less
than the number set opposite each. Lease to commence
on the 6th day of April, 1874. A deposit of one-tenth of
the purchase money, and of the proportion of the annual
rent from 6th April to 1st October next, shall be payable,
the balance within one month.

NOTICE is hereby given that a block of 2000
acres of agricultural land, in Rock and Pillar Dis-
trict will be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened
for application on deferred payments, at the District Land
Office, Naseby, on the 20th of April, 1874. The block
lies to the east of the town of Hyde, and on the Taieri
River, south of the Cap Burn, the main road passing
through part of it.

Price, 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for ten years, with
certain conditions as to improvement.

Applications require to be made personally, and a de-
posit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid.
