IMPOUNDED, on the 12th day of March, 1874, by Thomas Stanley,
One bay horse, branded NK near shoulder, one eye blind.
Supposed to belong to a party in Victoria; for trespassing on Deep Dell Station, for which the sum of seven shillings is claimed, for driving and trespass, and in default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the public pound at Macraes, on Friday, the 17th day of April, 1874, at 12 o’clock noon.

One bay draught horse, branded like JW, near shoulder, shod all round. Also,
One black horse, branded JE, near hip, a few white hairs in forehead, shod all round,
For trespassing in field of turnips, for which one pound per head damages is claimed; and in default of being released will be sold at the public Pound, at East Taieri, on Friday, the 24th day of April, 1874, at twelve o’clock noon.
