CLOSING ROADS
NOTICE is hereby given, that objections having been lodged with me against the shutting up of certain road lines included in the Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1873, situate in the Districts of Greenvale, Glenkenich, Halfway Bush, Invercargill, Kakanui, Mount Stuart, Makarewa, Portobello and Waitaki, a Special Meeting of the Executive Council will be held in the Government Buildings, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 18th day of February, 1874, at noon, for the purpose of deciding the said objections, when parties interested are invited to be present.

Objectors (if any) must lodge their objections in writing within 30 days from date, at the house of the Clerk, which will be heard at a special meeting at the Mechanics’ Institute, Hampden, on the first Wednesday in March, 1874, at 2 o'clock p.m.

NOTICE is hereby given that unless the personal representatives of the above deceased Robert Wilson, who held a contract under the Corporation of the City for Forming and Metalling portions of York Place, Dowling-street, Smith-street, Stuart-street, and Albert-street, shall, within 21 days after the 12th of January, 1874, duly proceed with the said contract work, the Corporation of Dunedin will consider the same abandoned, and will take upon themselves the completion thereof.
