NOTICE TO APPLICANTS FOR UNSURVEYED LAND, under “Otago Waste Land Act 1872.”—It is hereby notified to the Applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the Sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 11th day of February, 1874, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

Land on Deferred Payments.

MONDAY, 9th MARCH, 1874.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that a block of 2500 acres of Agricultural Land in the Tiger Hill District will be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened for application on Deferred Payments at the District Land Office, Clyde, on the 9th March, 1874. The block is situated at the junction of the Moa, Maori, and Dovedale Creeks with the Poolburn, to the west of and adjoins Sir Francis Dillon Bell’s pre-emptive right, Ida Valley.

Price 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for ten years, with certain conditions as to improvement.

Applications require to be made personally, and a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid.

Plans to be seen at Dunedin and Clyde, after 16th February.

NOTICE is hereby given that a block of 2000 acres of agricultural land, in Rock and Pillar District will be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened for application on deferred payments, at the District Land Office, Naseby, on the 20th of April, 1874. The block lies to the east of the town of Hyde, and on the Taieri River, south of the Cap Burn, the main road passing through part of it.

Price, 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for ten years, with certain conditions as to improvement.

Applications require to be made personally, and a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid.

Tenders to be indorsed “Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 872 or 873,” as the case may be.

The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
