the forenoon, at my office at the Provincial Government
Buildings, Dunedin, to be the time and place for taking
into consideration an order made by the North-East
Valley Road Board, directing the taking of a road line
through sections 17, 19, 11, 51, 53, and 55, Block XI,
North Harbour and Blueskin District, and that I will
then and there take into consideration all objections
against such undertaking, as provided for by the said
Act.

4067 ACRES, 0 roods, and 35 poles Agricul-
tural Land in Glendonich District, Run
168, near Tapanui.—Notice is hereby given, that the fol-
lowing Rural Sections will be sold by auction at the Dis-
trict Land Office, Lawrence, on Tuesday, the 10th day of
February next, at the upset price of £1 per acre. For

1500 ACRES near Lake Hawea for sale on

Notice is hereby given, that part of Block V, Lower
Hawea District (south of Block I, already surveyed) will
be open for application on deferred payments as unsur-
veyed land, at the Land Office, Clyde, on the 17th Feb.,
1874.

Applications must be accompanied by a deposit of 1s 3d
per acre.

2582 ACRES at Roxburgh, for sale on de-
ferred payments.

Notice is hereby given that block III and IV, Teviot
District, on the east bank of the Clutha, will be open for
application at the Land Office, Clyde, on the 20th Feb.,
1874.

The blocks are divided into sections of about 50 acres
each.

Applications must be accompanied by a deposit of 1s 3d
per acre, which will be credited to the first year’s pur-
chase money.

The price will be an annual payment of 2s 6d per acre,
for ten years, when, if the conditions are fulfilled, the
land becomes the freehold of the applicant.

5000 ACRES Land for sale on Deferred
Payments on McNab’s run, No. 111, on
the Mataura River.

Notice is hereby given, that a block of 5000 acres of
agricultural land in Waikaka and Chatton Districts will
be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened for appli-
cation on deferred payment, at the Land Office, Inver-
cargill, on the 20th April, 1874.

Price, 2s 6d per acre per annum for ten years, with
certain conditions as to improvement.

2500 ACRES near Macraes for sale on
Deferred Payments, on 20th April, 1874.

Notice is hereby given, that block II, Highlay District,
to the east of block I, already surveyed, will be surveyed
into suitable sections, and opened for application on de-
ferred payments on the 20th April, 1874, at the Land
Office, Naseby.

The purchase money will be payable at the rate of 2s
6d per acre per annum (in advance) for ten years, when,
if the conditions are fulfilled, the land will become the
freehold of the applicant.

4,080 ACRES Agricultural Land in Glen-
kenich District, Run 168, near Tapanui,
for sale by auction. More than one application having
been received for the same land on the same day, notice
is hereby given that Sections 13 to 41, Block VI, and
Sections 2 to 18, Block VII, Glenkenich District, from
17 to 120 acres each will be sold by auction at the Dis-
trict Land Office, Lawrence, on Friday, the 20th Feb-
ruary next, at noon, at the upset price of £1 per acre.

Purchasers will have to pay valuation for the fencing
on the ground.

Terms 10 per cent on the fall of the hammer; balance
within a month.

Land Office, Queenstown, and must be accompanied by a
deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre, being the first half-year's
occupation fee.

they have been declared to be the purchasers of the Sec-
tions set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that
the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the
Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill, on or before
Wednesday, the 11th day of February, 1874, otherwise
the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled
