Copies of the Otago Regulations, and conditions for the Leasing of Education Reserves, can be obtained from Mr. Baker, Invercargill.

RATEPAYERS are hereby notified that the accounts of the District Board have been made up for the year ending June 30th, 1873; also the annual meeting of the ratepayers will be held at the North-east Valley Schoolhouse on Wednesday, the 20th August, at 12 noon.

NOTICE is hereby given that the balance-sheet and statement of the Board’s accounts, up to the end of June, 1873, is open for the inspection of ratepayers, and can be seen at the Halfway Bush Schoolhouse for 14 days from date.

The annual meeting of the Board will be held at the School House as above on Wednesday, the 20th August inst., at noon.

One chestnut mare, with white face and slit ear, and bay foal; for trespassing on his enclosed paddock, owner unknown; is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Tokomairiro, on the 22nd day of August, 1873, at 12 o’clock noon.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned William Nichol and William McKay as saw millers of the Lower Waipori Bush, Province of Otago, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will, from the day and date hereof, be carried on by the said William McKay, who will pay and receive all debts due to and owing by the late firm.
