WASTE LANDS BOARD OF THE PROVINCE OF OTAGO
HEREBY call upon and require you, as the holder of the Pastoral lease of Run No. 121A, (which Run is included within the boundaries of the Otago Gold Fields) to exercise your right to apply for an Agricultural lease under the provisions of section (103 B) of the said Act, of a block not exceeding six hundred and forty (640) acres in extent, of the land comprised in the said Pastoral lease, not actually known to be auriferous: And further take notice, that if you fail or neglect to make application for an Agricultural lease within three months from and after the date of the service of this notice, you will be deemed to have declined to exercise your right to obtain an Agricultural lease under the provisions of the said Act.

NOTICE is hereby given, that by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias, to me directed and delivered, issued out of this honorable Court in this cause, on the thirty-first day of January last, and in pursuance of "The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867," all the estate and interest of the above-named Alexander McPherson, the execution debtor, in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement twenty perches, more or less, situate in the town of Roxburgh, in the Province of Otago in New Zealand, being the north-east moiety of Section numbered eight (8) Block six (VI), on the map of the said Town of Roxburgh, bounded towards the north-west by Section six, one hundred and twenty-five links; towards the north-east by Cheviot street one hundred links; towards the south-east by section ten, one hundred and twenty-five links, and towards the south-west by the other moiety of the said Section eight, one hundred links, the memorial of judgment of which was registered in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in Dunedin, in the Province aforesaid, on the first day of February last, has at the suit of the above-named Thomas Hammond, the execution creditor, been levied upon and taken in execution, and will be sold by public auction, at the Sheriff’s Bull’s Office, Supreme Courthouse, in Dunedin, on Thursday, the 31st day of July, at twelve o’clock at noon, unless the said execution shall be previously satisfied.

EDUCATION RESERVES, SOUTHLAND.
APPLICATIONS will be received by Mr. John H. Baker, Survey Office, Invercargill, from persons wishing to lease any of the Reserves as formerly advertised.
Copies of the Otago Regulations, and conditions for Leasing of Education Reserves, can be obtained from Mr. Baker, Invercargill.
NOTICE.
A GENERAL MEETING of the license holders in Tuturau Hundred will be held at the Court-house, Mataura Bridge, on Wednesday, the 25th inst., at 3 o’clock p.m., to determine the description of stock to be depastured for the current year.

SOUTH WEST DISTRICT PROVINCE OF OTAGO.
RURAL LAND FOR SALE BY AUCTION.
On Thursday, the 26th day of June next, sections 21A and 21B Block IV Campbelltown Hundred, will be sold by auction at the land office, Invercargill, sale to commence at 12 o’clock sharp.
SOUTH WEST DISTRICT PROVINCE OF OTAGO.
On and after the 23rd of June next, that portion of section 11, Aparima Hundred surveyed in excess, containing about 470 acres more or less, will be open for application at the Land Office, Invercargill.

On Friday, 20th June, 1873, tenders for six outside lamps to pattern.
TENDERS wanted for 20 chains, more or less, formation on Abbotsford main district road. Specifications to be seen at Mr Samson’s, butcher. Tenders to be sent in to Mr Samson on or before Wednesday, 2nd July.
Also, Tenders wanted for Clerk and Collector for Kaikorai Road Board. Tenders to be sent in to Mr Samson, butcher, on or before Wednesday, 2nd July.

AMENDED NOTICE.
IMPOUNDED, on the 31st day of May, 1873, by Mrs Steadman, 1 bay mare, branded like WT near shoulder, shod all round.
For trespassing in her stable, for which no damage is claimed, and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the public pound at East Taieri on Friday, the 27th day of June, 1873, at twelve o’clock noon.
