NOTICE to Applicants for Unsurveyed Land under “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872.”—It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill on or before Wednesday, the 2nd day of July, 1873, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that sections 5 6 and 10, block III, sections 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 and 18B, block IV, Moeraki District, will be offered by auction at Messrs. McMahon and Welsh’s Hotel Palmerston, instead of at Mr Murcott’s Hotel Hampden, as previously advertised, on Monday, the 4th day of June next, at 2 p.m.
NOTICE is hereby given that sections 24 and 25, block V, and 25 26 and 27, block VI Marawenua District, containing respectively 1462 31, 432, 3131 4, 24, 41 13 and 1343 1, will be offered for sale by public auction at Mr Shrimski’s auction rooms, Oamaru, on Monday, the 14th July next, immediately after the Town Land sale, at the upset price of 10s per acre, subject to repayment of survey expenses.
SECTION 29 block I, Akatore District, advertised to be disposed of by auction on the 30th inst., has been withdrawn from Sale.
NOTICE.—Section 5, Heddon bush township, advertised for sale by auction on 28th inst., is reserved from sale.

TAKE NOTICE that, in terms of section one hundred and three D (103D) of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872,” the Waste Lands Board of the Province of Otago hereby call upon and require you, as the holders of the pastoral lease of Run No. 218 (which run is included within the boundaries of the Otago Gold Fields), to exercise your right to apply for an agricultural lease under the provisions of section 103D of the said Act, of a block not exceeding six hundred and forty (640) acres in extent, of the land comprised in the said pastoral lease, not actually known to be auriferous.
And further take notice, that if you fail or neglect to make application for an agricultural lease within three months from and after the date of the service of this notice, you will be deemed to have declined to exercise your right to obtain an agricultural lease under the provisions of the said Act.

TAKE NOTICE that in terms of section one hundred and three A (103A) of the Otago Waste Lands Act 1872, the Waste Lands Board of the Province of Otago hereby offer to you, as the holder of the pastoral lease of run No. 20, the right to acquire by purchase, at the rate of twenty shillings (20s) per acre, subject to the conditions of purchase contained in the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872,” six hundred and forty (640) acres, or any quantity not exceeding six hundred and forty acres in one block of the land comprised in the said lease, including or not including, at your option, your homestead pre-emptive right.
And further take notice that you are required to exercise your right of purchase within twelve months after the date of the service of this notice, and that in the event of non-payment of the purchase money for the land (if any) selected by you within such period of twelve months, you will be deemed to have declined to purchase.
