Contract No. 734.—Construction of light railway between Pukeuri Point and the Maerewhenua.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Oamaru.
Tenders to be endorsed “Awamoko Railway Tender for Contract No. 734.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

Tenders to be endorsed “Orepuki Tramway Tender for Contract No. 735.”

WAIKOUAITI ROAD BOARD
TENDERS will be received up to Wednesday, May 28th 1873, until noon, for works in the Waikouaiti Road District—formation of roads, &c., in Claredon, Merton, and Beaconsfield subdivisions. Plans and specifications to be seen at Mr Brunton’s store, Merton; and for particulars apply to the Clerk to the Board. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.

PENINSULA ROAD BOARD
TENDERS are invited by the Peninsula Road Board to supply 200 yards of rough metal for Beach Road from Bay View Inn; works to be shown by Mr Hooper on the 27th inst. at 1 o’clock. Also, for 50 yards of metal on No. 2 road, from Church, Portobello road; to be shown by Mr A. Stuart, on the 28th inst. at 1 o’clock. Formation of No. 4 road, at Mr J. Bishop’s; to be shown by Mr T. Robertson on the 26th inst., at 12 o’clock. Also, No. 5 road, at Mr D. Telfar’s gate; to be shown on the 26th by Mr Waugh, at 1 o’clock. Tenders to be lodged at the office of the Board on or before noon of the 7th June next. The Board does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender.
