NOTICE is hereby given, that the Agricultural Lease prepared in favor of Duncan M’Pherson for Section 1, Block VI, Waitahuna East District, has been cancelled, and the land is now open for application under the Agricultural Lease Regulations.

Contract No. 734.—Construction of light railway between Pukeuri Point and the Marewhenua.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Oamaru.
Tenders to be endorsed “Awamoko Railway Tender for Contract No. 734.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works, until noon of Tuesday, 10th June, 1873, for
Contract No. 735.—Construction of 2 miles 12 chains of the Orepuki Tramway.
Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and after 15th inst., and at Court House, Riverton.
Tenders to be endorsed “Orepuki Tramway Tender for Contract No. 735.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
MOUNT IDA WATER RACE WORKS.
FRESH TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 20th May, 1873, for
Contract No. 5.—Construction of about 6 miles of head race.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Naseby.
Tenders to be endorsed “Mount Ida water works. Tender for Contract No. 5.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
PORTOBELLO ROAD DISTRICT.
FRESH Tenders will be received at my office until Friday, May 16th, at 4 p.m. for Contracts 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, and 14.
Plans and specifications at the office of the undersigned after Monday, May 12th.
The Board do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any tender.

NORTH-EAST VALLEY ROAD DISTRICT.
TENDERS are invited for the following works:
1st. Reform Potter’s Road, &c.
2nd. Contract No. 2 on old Port Road—Formation.
3rd. To widen lower end Signal Hill Road, at per chain.
4th. To break and spread metal on Signal Hill Road.
Plans and specifications of the above works at North-East Valley School-house, and tenders to be left and considered by the Board, on Saturday, the 17th May, at 12 noon.

LEASES OF TOLLS.
TENDERS will be received at the Provincial Government Offices until Tuesday, the 20th day of May, at noon, for leasing the various Tolls throughout the Province for 12 months from 1st July, 1873. Particulars of terms and conditions can be obtained on application at the Treasury.
The Government will not be bound to accept any tender.

NOTICE.
Fresh Tenders wanted by the Peninsula Road Board for works in the different subdivisions.
Works will be shown by the undersigned on Thursday, the 16th inst., at noon:
- North-east Harbor Beach Road, by Mr Hooper;
- District Road, by Mr A. Stuart;
- Highcliff No. 1 Road, by Mr W. Tinnock;
- No. 4 Road, by Mr T. Robertson;
- Tomahawk, by Messrs Small and Matheson;
- Anderson’s Bay, by Messrs Scott and Somerville.
Tenders to be endorsed, “Tender, Peninsula Road Board,” and lodged at the Highcliff Schoolhouse, on or before noon of the 17th inst. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Plans and specifications may be seen at Granton farm. Tenders to be addressed to the Chairman of the Waihola Road Board not later than noon on Saturday, the 31st day of May current.
